Benefits for your practice
Faster workflows
- Digital scans are available immediately and do not need to be cured/sent.
- Direct forwarding to the dental laboratory or CAD/CAM software saves time.
- Reduces the number of office visits for patients as work can be completed more quickly.
Improved communication & patient education
- Patients can see their scans on the screen in real time.
- Easier explanation of findings and planned treatments.
- Increased acceptance of therapy suggestions through visual representation.
Savings in material and laboratory costs
- No need for impression materials (silicone, alginate, impression trays), which eliminates ongoing material costs.
- Fewer plaster models, as digital archiving takes place directly in the practice.
- Savings on shipping costs because digital scans can be sent directly to the lab or in-house CAD/CAM system.
Greater efficiency & time savings
- Shorter treatment times mean more patients per day without compromising quality.
- Faster communication with dental laboratories or milling systems reduces waiting times and improves appointment coordination.
- Fewer proofs as errors are immediately visible.

Competitive advantage & practice image
- A digitalized practice appears more modern and innovative, which attracts new patients.
- Marketing advantage: Intraoral scanners can be advertised as a high-tech feature.
- Fewer missed appointments, as patients are less likely to cancel appointments with digital processes (e.g. through direct visualization of treatment results).
